Man Scaling Brooklyn Bridge Climbs Down

DARYN KAGAN, CNN ANCHOR: On the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, a man who for well over an hour has been climbing up and down and all over the bridge has now given up, and he has been taken into custody by police. This ended safely, quietly and peacefully. He came down. It seems like police were finally able to talk him down.

Keep in mind that as this man's been climbing over the Brooklyn Bridge, and police have been chasing him, this has been happening on the bridge, which is 135 feet over water.
