One Palestinian Killed in an Explosion in the West Bank

STEPHEN FRAZIER, CNN ANCHOR: We are getting word from the Associated Press of an explosion in the Middle East, an explosion which has heavily damaged the Hebron office of Fatah, which is the party of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
According to AP, one body was seen being pulled from beneath the debris. We don't know how many other people were inside the building, we also don't know what the nature of the explosion was. But the AP is saying that Palestinians in the area, which is the center of the Palestinian-controlled area of Hebron, were digging through the rubble at this hour, searching for people. One person killed in an explosion in Hebron on the West Bank.
