Court Rules Accused Capitol Police Killer Can Be Medicated for Trial

STEPHEN FRAZIER, CNN ANCHOR: After we've been spending all of this time talking about how to treat young people accused of committing violent crimes, now there's a case in which we have to deal with how to treat people who may not be mentally competent to stand trial. Think back to three years ago this month, when a man entered the U.S. Capitol building and engaged in gunfire with Capitol police there. A federal appeals court has ruled that the man accused of shooting those two guards to death can be medicated to make him fit to stand trial.
