THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED. AARON BROWN, CNN ANCHOR: We have a report here that a filter taken from the U.S. Supreme Court in the Supreme Court's off-site mail handling facility -- this is yet another one of these facilities that's not contained in the government office itself, but off site -- has tested positive for anthrax. It said the filter was taken from the off-site facility on Monday. It does not identify where in the area of Washington, D.C. that it's located. We have no evidence of any contamination to the court building. The results of building tests, so far, the Supreme Court building itself, proved to be negative.
The Supreme Court will be closed for tests, decontaminated, if necessary. If the build remains closed on Monday, the court will sit at another location to hear arguments, which are heard on Monday.
But again, anthrax is now found in a filter in the ventilation system in an off-site mail facility for the U.S. Supreme Court.
