THIS IS A RUSH TRANSCRIPT. THIS COPY MAY NOT BE IN ITS FINAL FORM AND MAY BE UPDATED. JUDY WOODRUFF, CNN ANCHOR: Some late breaking information on the anthrax story. This comes from our medical correspondent Elizabeth Cohen. This is out of Atlanta. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention saying today that it has decided to administer the anthrax vaccine to certain high-risk workers. Now those high risk workers, they say, include those involved with the anthrax investigation, certain laboratory workers, and decontamination workers.
The CDC saying that the decision was made because these people are, quote, "under constant exposure to the anthrax bacteria." They go on say that there is a CDC task force looking at deciding whether some postal workers and perhaps other groups should also be vaccinated.
Again, the Centers for Disease Control saying that they will now start administering the vaccine for anthrax to certain people who are involved in the anthrax investigation -- to decontamination workers and lab workers.
