CATHERINE CALLAWAY, CNN ANCHOR: Another story that we are following, or news conference, rather, that we are following is the news conference that's going on right now with prosecutor Steve Lember in Hunterdon County. He is the prosecutor in New Jersey that plans to talk about the charges facing former pro basketball star Jayson Williams. We taped that at the beginning of the hour. We're going to play that back for you and update you on what he has had to say so far.

STEVEN LEMBER, HUNTERDON CO. PROSECUTOR: I have called this press conference to announce the filing of a criminal complaint against Jayson Williams of 143 Wolf Road in Alexandria Township. This past Friday, I authorized the filing of a criminal complaint charging Mr. Williams with the second degree crime of reckless manslaughter in connection with the shooting death of Mr. Costas Christofi of Washington, New Jersey.
