KYRA PHILLIPS, CNN ANCHOR: Live to Buffalo now. Michael Battle is holding a -- or not live; rather just moments ago, he made comments. He is the prosecutor in the Buffalo case of the six men arrested, as you see here, Al-Bakri, in ties to terrorism.

MICHAEL BATTLE, PROSECUTOR: The complaint filed today is part of a continuing investigation on the part of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in western New York to a joint terrorism task force under the direction of special agent in charge Peter Ahol (ph). That concludes my statement.
