LOU DOBBS, HOST, "MONEYLINE:" We have just learned there are new developments in relation to the ninth fatality of the sniper in suburban Washington, D.C. We're going now Justice Department Correspondent Kelli Arena in Washington -- Kelli.
KELLI ARENA, CNN JUSTICE CORRESPONDENT: Lou, we had told you before that there were witnesses that were working with investigators on a sketch, a composite sketch of a possible suspect.

Well, law enforcement sources say that one -- they have three different accounts from two different locations, including the location of last night's shooting, where witnesses reportedly saw a dark-skinned male, who was either Hispanic or Middle Eastern, in a white van.

Actually, one of those accounts -- there were two males that were seen, but in two of the accounts, it was one dark-skinned male, either Middle Eastern or Hispanic. That is the composite sketch that investigators are working on trying to put together. I must emphasize here that this individual or individuals may have nothing to do with the attacks, but investigators are taking the witness account seriously enough to try to put together a composite sketch -- Lou.

DOBBS: Kelli -- any indication yet from any law enforcement agencies, or the Justice Department, as to when that composite sketch might be ready?

ARENA: No, Lou. They're working with the witnesses. Whether or not they even will find it appropriate to release, I think what they have to do is first come up with a composite sketch, go through some surveillance video that may or may not be available to see if there is a logical explanation for these people to have been at that location.

Another thing though, that is also going on right now in this investigation, Lou, is that the FBI has asked the Justice Department for any satellite images that may also be available, intelligence satellites, weather satellites that would have offered an aerial view of where the locations where the sniper attacks occurred so that they can look at those satellite images, if they are available, and compare and see if there are any similarities -- Lou.

DOBBS: Kelli, thank you very much for that. As always, excellent job of reporting. Kelli Arena from Washington, D.C.
