PAULA ZAHN, CNN ANCHOR: We are very closely watching developments at Duke University Hospital this morning. Surgery will begin in about an hour to replace the mismatched heart and lung transplanted into the 17-year-old girl two weeks ago. A news conference is planned a half-hour from now. We will take you there live.
