MILES O'BRIEN, CNN ANCHOR: This just in to the CNN newsroom. An important arrest to tell you about in Iraq. Muhammad Hazmaq al- Zubaydi, who is the queen of spades among the 55 most wanted in that playing card deck that the U.S. Pentagon has released, has been arrested. The details of his arrest are unknown, but al-Zubaydi is a former member of the Iraqi revolutionary command.
As the queen of spades, he was number 18 on the list of 55 most wanted. He is also the person who is alleged to have led the brutal suppressing of the Shiite uprising which occurred immediately following the first Gulf War.
He's a big fish, indeed, to our count. He is number eight on the list of those arrested, apprehended by the forces. This, in the wake of the war in Iraq. Muhammad Hazmaq al-Zubaydi, a key member of Saddam Hussein's regime in custody.
