WOLF BLITZER, CNN ANCHOR: We've got another important development that's breaking right now at the Pentagon. And once again, let's go to our senior Pentagon correspondent, Jamie McIntyre -- Jamie.
JAMIE MCINTYRE, CNN SENIOR PENTAGON CORRESPONDENT: Well, Wolf, a word of yet another capture in Iraq. This one a U.S. commando raid has nabbed a man that the U.S. says was head of Iraqi intelligence, and specifically the American desk -- chief of the Iraqi intelligence service American desk.
What makes him significant, his name is Salam Said Kallahf (ph) al-Jumayli, is that he's believed to have knowledge of Iraqis spying for Iraq in the United States. And the U.S. launched a Special Operations raid to capture him. They said they managed to take him into custody inflicting one enemy casualty but taking no casualties on the U.S. side.
So Another important grab for the United States in Baghdad -- Wolf.
BLITZER: The second significant capture reported by Jamie McIntyre within the past hour or so. Jamie, thanks very much. I assume this is just going to be the beginning.
