Palestinian Gunman Kills 1 Israeli, Wounds 3 near Ramallah

CAROL COSTELLO, CNN ANCHOR: As we've been telling you all morning long -- and this just in to CNN -- Ariel Sharon, the prime minister of Israel, and Secretary of State Colin Powell have been meeting to talk about that road map to peace.
As they were meeting, though, more violence on the West Bank. This just in to CNN, a Palestinian gunman shot dead an Israeli and wounded three others near Ramallah. This is according to Israeli military sources. Three were transferred to a hospital. Another is being treated on the ground.
